Yes, but if you wait until the 5 comes out (in a couple of weeks) then the 4S will be half the price it is now

It's only 8gb (actually 6.9), I have about 500 songs, 300 pics, and a few vids and I still have 4.5 gb left. I do want a new one though because this one is soooo sloooowwww. I use my dh's 4S sometimes and it's so much faster, ugh!
