Sounds like you are doing everything right... You are an excellent momma and as long as you continue doing what you are doing, she will be fine.
I waited to spay my tiny girl (3.8 pounds) until she was 8 months because I was so worried. I think I got lucky that she didn't go into heat before her spay.
