Never used pads with mine not even when Cozy's pups were 6 weeks old. Some people are very success with them but I have personally never known someone who was. My friend's ex-hubby used it with his lab since he lives in NYC and was afraid puppy would get sick from other dog's and such til she got all her shots- Unfortunately, she still uses the spot the wee pads were over 2 years ago to potty.
Freedom is earned and not freely given. Mine are all housebroken but I still don't give them full access when someone is not home and neither do my parents at their house.
They will occasionally potty at the back door exit to outside when not feeling well. |
