Zoey had quite an adventure!
What surprises me is that the vet the lady took him to didn't scan him.
I really thought that vets would automatically scan dogs to check when someone brings in a dog saying they want it checked due to it being a stray they found. I bet she didn't say how she got Zoey...

I'm going to ask my vet about her scanning procedure when I take Cinders in for her next shots. I really feel they should just do a quick scan on all dogs. It doesn't take more than a second to do, and would reunite families!
