Nothing personal, but dragging someone behind my car till they bled, lost toes, or died just was not my first thought. My first thought was this person has got to be sick in the head, hopefully shes prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and never allowed to own another pet and hope to god she has no children....and, what can I do to help this poor pup?

Just my take on this...NOT JUDGING...just sharing my point!

I didn't take that seriously as I believe that is what's called "venting".
