I have done 'Wahoo, good potty dances' and teary eyed nods of AW... when a memory moment happens. It is ok to brag, be proud and shout joy. When I am alone and reflect on what made me so gleeful, thankfulness, and humble gratitude balances everything. Having a Yorkie has taught me to cherish the little things.
