I have been teuly disturbed by the details of this oncident knowing the defense will most likely be she didnt realize thia was a bad qay to walk the dog or a claim of mental illness...baswd on reading follow through similar animal abuse legal cases.
There needs to be state by state legislation BANNING animal abusers from EvER owning a pet again. |
