There may be no law against the specific form of abuse but thankfully there are animal abuse laws.

IMHO it's unfortunate the law doesn't allow for the punishment to entirely and completely fit the crime.

I too hope this "person" doesn't or didn't have children.
Its obvious to me in some form this "person"doesn't is mentally ill.

Having said that maybe I'm off here but I treated an ingriwn toe nail with Epson salt once...for about 1.3 seconds....is this the correct treatment for the dog?
