Very sad. I can picture this happening...who wouldn't jump in after their furbaby & try to save him/her. I'd be over the edge of that boat in heartbeat to save ZoE.
Obviously this pup meant the world to this couple. I hope a family member gets this baby out of the municipal shelter it was taken to.
