Thanks for the tips guys! i use a cloth but she turns her head away or puts her head right down so i can't get to her face i've taken her by the chin but she tends to make funny noises like snorts as though she's struggling to breathe even though im nowhere near her neck i manage to do it but not as good as i'd like i'll have to keep trying i'll find the right technique eventually!!
