No specific recommendations, but one thing to think about is whether the dog is going to be moving much when she has the coat on. If you're thinking she'll just be carried or wandering around slowly in the cold, you probably want a coat that covers the back, belly and legs. And a hood would help.
But if you want the coat for walks, comfort for the dog should be most important. Mine don't like walking in legged coats. They walk slowly and awkwardly, even after they get used to the coat. When I put on a fleece coat that just covers their backs, they move faster and generate their own heat. And I always keep them moving on walks. As for hoods on a walk, they never use them. Too awkward. (They do, however, make for cute pictures

)
If you're talking snow, look into some comfortable booties. I get lightweight fleece ones with an elastic velcro strap. It takes a little while for them to get used to them, but once they realize the snow isn't cold on their feet, they stay out a lot longer.
