So I tried to call the USPS customer care line today since I didn't want to go down to the office and stand in line for half an hour and them tell me nothing like usual. so what did I accomplish? NOTHING! It said the was no info available at this time and that the info is up to date. I couldnt connect to a live person either. Its one of those ,achines that youhave to talk to that never uderstands you. So I sent them an email, which they said I'd get a response withing 24 hours. After I submitted it, then it says I should receive a response in 2-3 business days. Omg! This is ridiculous! And I have had the issue of a package being lost before, since it was not insured, they will do nothing. I hope the green coffee company will at least refund my money.
DID I MENTION I FREAKING HATE USPS?!
