REWARD call her to the bed have her sit on it and treat. Hide her favorite treat and or toys on the bed. Toss the old bed after you cut a piece of it, to tuck in the new bed. Move the bed where the action is, it is portable (unless you are training her to use the bed as 'Place Stay') every time she uses the bed praise gently (over enthusiastic praise will make her come to you) Hope this helps.
