Mine didn't ask me to update my card. It was the security questions set up. Those dumb questions that dont really offer any security! Those questions that people would know about you if they knew you long enough. LSIke what street did you grow up on, what was your first concert, who was your favorite teacher, crap like that. I remember it was those types of questions that got Paris Hilton's phone hacked a while back. Turns out it wasn't really hacked, but that a fraudster that she had befriended went into her email and clicked on forgot password and he answered her "security" questions, stuff he knew about her and was able to access her account. That's why I hate those questions.

Or even stupider, what's your favorite movie, or favorite band, stuff like that changes over time!
