I feel for you and I understand your concerns about your money. I think you need to insist on getting your money back and even if it takes awhile.BUT that 350 may be the cheapest money you spend if you get an unhealthy puppy. If you signed no contract and have a cancelled check you should be able to get your money back tho. I think there is a thread on deposits here someplace, see if that helps. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
