OMGOSH! I know you have probably looked long and hard for a yorkie puppy but 9 weeks IMO is much too young. A reputable breeder would be offering you a health contract including a spay/neuter agreement. I would take my 900 dollars and run the other way.
If they are balking at one set of shots and a worming God knows what else they have cut corners on!! I would start at the YTCA breeders in your area(you can find a list of these on the website listed by state) and if they do not have available pet puppies perhaps they know someone who does. It is so worth waiting a little longer. |
