My questions with this......What kind of a break are you dealing with??? If it was a complete break, her leg would have been flopping at the site of the break...it would have been absolutely clear that the leg was broken....you would have surely noticed that??...it would be like when race horses break a leg, go down, and then try to run on that broken leg! It is brutally obvious the bone is broken! Where on the bone is it broken....does it involve a joint.....is it a foot or toe......is it hairline, or even a well approximated break where it is a long bone that fits nicely back together???? Take your pup to your vet tomorrow....hopefully, your baby is on some kind of pain med....ER vets are about double what your personal vet costs. Unless it is a really complicated, extensive, involved break, your licensed vet will be able to set that bone. He should be willing to work with you on some kind of a monthly payment plan.....if he does work with you in this instance, it is CRUCIAL you make the payments FAITHFULLY, as he allows you to....you will be setting up for any FUTURE emergencies with your pup...if you show yourself to be trustworthy, he will work with you...if you blow it on this, you are in an unfortunate circumstance for any future issue you may encounter!
