I live in Canada - -30C is a guarenteed occurance. My yorkies are larger, and for the most part do not seem bothered. I also have to go out with them as Mya is an escape artist. I find when it's really really cold, they hurry along. We have coats and hoodies, but they won't tolerate the boots. My biggest complaint is the snow and cold make them hyper - really sucks when one of them needs out in the middle of the night, lol.
