Yes, put the food down and then pick it up after 10 - 15 minutes. She will get the message when you don't give her something else. As long as she is not vomiting continuously, I would not worry. You don't want her to dehydrate or get hypoglycemic; but I have never had one do that. The will eat in most cases.
BUT....again I encourage you to take her to the vet first!! You want to make absolutely certain she is not ill. Constant diarrhea is not normal!
