Ok...so I gave in and bought greenies today...they are SUPPOSED to be safer for our pups right?...Well, I bought the tiny ones...for 5 to 15 lbs I sat and held them for the dogs to chew. They are softer...I will save that but, they are so soft and chewy that Bentley got a piece stuck on his back teeth. I tried to get it out of his mouth and it went down his throat!!!
and he was chocking!!! I picked him up and was pushing on his belly ...kind like doing the hymalic (sp?) he brought it up but wouldn't spit it out...I think it may have gotten stuck between his cheek and teeth...I let him chew for a bit then gave him a crunchy treat. This helped for him to swallow it....Guess what!!! they are going back to the store!!
