If she is a year old on the 21st, then she is fully grown I would think. She may fill out a little more, but thats it.
I believe they did originate in England, and where of a larger variety...Thats why there are still some bigger ones today. Throw back so to speak. Just more to love, and not as fragile as the smaller ones.
