I am getting my puppy next weekend. He will be 9 weeks old. I am paying 900.00 for him. The person I am getting him from doesn't want to pay to have his second set of shots and the worming done when he is 9 weeks. I am a little angry because what am I paying her 900.00 for? I mean, every other breeder I know one, waits until the puppy is 12 weeks, two, it has at least 3 sets of shots and a health guarantee. Am I wrong for expecting his second set of shots and anything else to be done? Now, she seems pretty mad that I expect that from her. What should I do?
