Hopefully the tests he is going to do on Monday will give you a better idea of what is going on.
You should take someone with you...or a pad and pencil and take notes when you go there on Monday.
Ask him plenty of questions until you understand what he is telling you! It is very hard to focus when our pups are ill....but, you need to try to reduce your stress so that you can be an educated owner about what is goiing on with your pup.
