You are not weak! Smoking is the most addictive drug, more addictive than heroin. Many people quit 10 or more times before they finally quit. Please, do not think you are weak. Add your list of reasons why you want to quit to this chain, maybe we can help others also!

- Smoking-related diseases cause an estimated 440,000 American deaths each year.

- Women account for 39 percent of all smoking deaths.

- The CDC estimates that adult male smokers lose an average of 13.2 years of life and female smokers lose 14.5 years of life because of smoking.

- Every year, about 3,000 non-smoking adults die of lung cancer as a result of breathing secondhand smoke. Secondhand smoke also causes about 35,000 deaths from heart disease in people who are not smokers.

- Ambergris, otherwise known as whale vomit is one of the hundreds of possible additives used in manufactured cigarettes. (YUCK)

- Kids are still picking up smoking at the alarming rate of 3,000 a day in the U.S., and 80,000 to 100,000 a day worldwide. (soooo sad!)
