Sasha my 4 year old used to be extremely picky. I've lost count of how many different foods I went through trying to find one that she would willingly eat. Just when I had decided to give up and do the "15 minutes down" technique, I had put her on Blue Buffalo and that was the hit. She has loved it ever since and has since eaten it for years. A few months ago, we got a new puppy and I think she was just protesting but she decided to stop eating the dry kibble. I tried a little bit of canned food mixed in and thats been a hit also ever since. I still only leave the food down for 15 minutes and 99.9% of the time, she finishes it all because she knows she always gets a biscuit once shes finished.

Noah my 4 month old on the other hand thrives on food. I would also do the 15 minute technique with him but he doesn't leave the food for a minute! If he was free fed, he would probably eat an entire bag a day. I hope he stays like this though. I just love seeing them eat and be happy!
