Aww Im sorry it is so hard to see them aging. My aunt had a yorkie that lived 24 years and a maltiese that lived 22 so I grew up with them and also watched them grow old and I was so sad when they passed but because of knowing them is what made me fall in love with this breed.
cherish the memories you could still have many years left. It also could be to changing weather I know that would slow her dogs down for a bit. Then when it warmed up again they seemed to perk up a bit
