Tubby does that too. When he bites my finger, I say "NO! BAD PUPPY" then ignore him for a while until he knows he did something bad. Or just get her a chew toy, she might be teething or changing teeth. =P As for the nose biting, when you see her staring at you get ready to dogde it. Then said "NO!" and put her down and ignore her again.
This worked out pretty well for me. He doesn't chew on my fingers as much as he use too, and only biting my nose once so far................. Good Luck!!!! =D
