Pet stores sell washes specifically for this purpose. I just wet tissue or cotton ball with it and the gunk washes right off.
However, this is a short term solution. There was a thread on yt about this and I took the advise of a member and switched my baby's food to all natural, with none of the bad stuff. Guess what? No more eye gunk. |
