He is still way too young to have any control over where he pees. It's going to be a while so be patient. He needs to have as much water and food as he can get right now. Don't try to ration it. He is still an infant puppy and you are going to have to treat him like that. You will have to have pee pads where ever he goes for now.
When a puppy is 12 weeks old it starts to get the idea of where it should pee by your putting him in the right place but still has little control until it is about 16 weeks. Training a small breed dog can be trying and usually takes a little longer then a larger dog as they have smaller bladders. Right now he is pretty much a leaking faucet. |
