I've never seen that before! My suspicion is that it's a setting on your video software. It's almost like the frame reacts to the music. But it sounds like you're saying that it plays fine on your computer and doesn't start bouncing until it gets on youtube? That's really odd.

Youtube has a lot of enhancements available, but I poked around and don't see one that makes the frame bounce.

What kind of video software do you use and what format does it save it in, i.e. mp4, wmv, wav, etc.? I'd be tempted to email youtube and ask.
