Thank you. I plan on not having the pee pad down whenever we are at home and will be taking him outside. I just don't want him to be confused and think he can pee in the house anytime. Hoping he realizes that when no one is home and the pee pad is down its ok, but when someone is home he knows to give a signal to go outside.
