Yikes, I vote NO !

I did that with my first Yorkie and I ended up hurting my baby. Never did it again after that.

Try shaving the hair front and back and than a few times a day massage them gently, nothing too harsh but enough to strengthen the veins.

My girl Ruby who is 3, ears also have a mind of their own. When they start to droop that is when I know its time for a trim. The other 2 never had an issue, Brandi is a flop eared Yorkie every after all of the effort I put into trying to get them to stand up.
