Well obviously.
However I'd rather see a dog febarked than taken by animal control and pts.
There was an entire VS special in how some dogs cannot be trained to not be barkers...like my neighbors puggles they bark bark bark bark bark batk bark bark bark bark (see my point) all day long as soon as my neighbor gets home rthey are quiet.
I bribed our nasty neighbor and took the blame twice for her dogs one more citation and she's done court hearing...
