| I know how you feel. We live in a neighborhood where dogs are walked on leashes all the time. Someone is allowing their dog to leave nasty piles in our yard and my husband finds them when he mows the grass.
Another neighbor saw one person allow his dog to poop in their yard and later he scooped it up and went and put it on the guys front porch!
