Ha ha!! Its kind of like the "How many Aggies does it take to change a light bulb"...six...One to hold the bulb and 5 to turn the ladder around!

I wrap mine little ones in a towel. Have husband hold the pup and I go to town on the nails. As they get older some of mine are better at it than others but I wrap the ones who still squirm!

Ears on mine..WELL each was different. None stood on their own..I taped to help them. Most stood on their own in the 5th month so no taping after that (thank goodness!). Good luck with the ears..many stand up after teething all by themselves!
