You might want to look up the side effects of both antibiotics she was taking...might be some clues there, since she had a bad reaction to the first antibiotic she was given. Also, coconut oil is beneficial for lots of reasons, but also to pancreas and with stones...and most dogs like it...mine lap it from my hand or a dish, or are more eager to eat kibble when it is drizzled with it.
