Nothing to do with Yorkie senses but:
"Debarking" a yorkie - or any animal for that matter - is simply abuse. Purposely damaging the vocal chords of a yorkie is utterly outrageous. Our terriers are supposed to bark!!!!!! That lady shouldn't own ONE, let alone three. She should have selected a different pet - like a cat.
Maybe that's the real reason your baby pee'd on her...
