one of my neighbours came by today 3 times
first visit...saying "i'm being told by my landlord i have to move....oh wow your yorkie is expecting?"
second visit.... "how many are you expecting? i might be interested in one and i have a few friends that would like one"
third visit.... "hi mate urm...do you have any cash on you i just checked my bank account...i only need £5"
chances are he will also expect "mates rates"
i told him there are already 10 possible owners.... and i'd let him know. i think the only thing that will put him off will be to triple the price
