Yeah...something like that...kills bacterium...allows yeast (candida) overgrowth...etc. Plus, antibiotics 'turn off/down' the immune system and 'take over' its 'disease fighting' job, and may not fight all kinds of bacterium, either...others are very broad spectrum. Also, some antibiotics can be pretty powerful and cause all kinds of side effects. Your vet will/should be able to help, but there might not be any issue other than 'capillary seepage'...I've known small capillary 'breaks' to happen in humans and have blood appear where it doesn't belong.
I am not a medical/vet professional, by any means, but don't get frantic just yet. Take her and let the pros check out your baby.
