Oh definately! That's Charlie!! The first Owner, Is the owner. I don't have mine all micro-chipped, but this makes me want to get them all. It would kill me if I lost one of my babies, and someone wanted to keep them.
When I saw Charlie's picture, I thought, Wow, good thing he's a male, because he looks like my Rosie after going to the groomers.
