Tracey, so sorry to hear that your baby is not feeling well. I can imagine your worry (I've been there many times). The only advice I can give is to make sure she is drinking water.
Whenever my Romeo throws up I don't feed him for at least 4 hours but I make sure he drinks water -- his vet advised that I can add some Gatorade to the water (not too much though).
I will say a prayer that your Lucy feels better soon.
