Excellent choice, I think. It also kills ear mites, which the others dont do, which is great if you go out in public places.....
As with ANY of the topicals, just be sure and separate the hair so the solution goes onto the skin. I like to alternate the spot each month...no body has ever said this is necessary, and I have never read anything that said this was necessary....but I just like to alternate the specific spot I drop the med on...I just "draw" an imaginary line about 3-4 inches long, right along the spine, down the neck/shoulder area, between the shoulder blades, I start at the top of my line, which is a little further up the neck, then the next time, I go down about an inch down the spine, which is usually right between the shoulder blades, then I go an inch lower the next time....just something I do......
