When I sell a puppy, the owners are shown the parent's registration papers, and the litter registration application, as well as the 3 year generation pedigree I get when I register the litter. They are told
they will receive the registration application papers for their puppy when they send me the spay/neuter verification on the vets letterhead. Never has been a problem or an issue! I will have them write at the very top of the application, the pets name, so that when I send the paper to them, they KNOW there has been no shuffling or switching papers...they get the same application THEY wrote the pets name on, at the top.
