so i am moving into a mnew apartment next month and they tell me the regulations of having a dog and one of them was for me to have my do spayed or neutered if he is not already, now i have thought about it before and i said that i was not going to get him neutered because i wanted him have puppies one day but now that i have been thinking about it im really in between and i need to make a choice by the end of this month Please HELP!!!!!!
