Manu just have a spay neuter clause in their sales contracts.
Some give a deposit return after proof of apay neuter.
Thankfully most reputable breeders only sell on limited registration with spay neuter clausrses in sales contracts, thia should detour most and breeders try cery hard to screen buyers.
