yes, her poop is pretty regular about 3x a day, so luckily I know about what time to start taking her out, but the one first thing in the morning is the one that is getting me, she wakes me up at 4:30 am and she sits by the door, after she has peed on her pee pads, I know she has to poop, but I'm not going to go outside, cause its still dark, so I watch her and she starts to sniff around the kitchen floor and I pick her up and keep putting her on her pee pads and say "go potty" but she just walks off them, when I see her start to poop I have picked her up in mid poop and put her down on her pee pad, that didn't work, it just interupted her pooping and she didn't finish. I'll keep at it, she does want to go outside to poop I think..and I can oblige her in the daylight hours, just not in the dark. She also doesn't have free roam, she has only been in the kitchen and the front entry both of which are babygated with peepads in them and her crates. Such work...love her so much though! |
