Pam , as a breeder I have to say there is no way you should even consider a puppy from these people. Especially a Yorkie. They aren't supposed to look like that and anyone deliberately breeding for tiny puppies is not doing it for the betterment of any of the breeds they are selling. Not all tiny pups have problems but when you have people like this intentionally breeding for this size there are bound to be health issues. I am sure they don't do any testing on their breeding pairs. Not to mention the pricing.Reputable breeders do not purposely breed for pups that small but they do sometimes happen. When it does they are placed in pet homes or they stay with us.
