There needs to be a lot more info shared before anyone should consider using your little guy for stud. He needs to be evaluated by an experienced Yorkie breeder for important characteristics and a vet for important health clearances.
I am almost certain that you would not get a puppy, either the breeder's choice or your pick of the litter, even from a well-bred male. Litters can be only one puppy and a breeder will not allow that singleton to be taken as a stud fee.
There must be reasons you want him to stud but you will most likely lose a sweet PET and gain a leg-hiker..If he is really well-bred and has a great pedigree, ask his breeder for info or even ask to breed him to one of their females..If the breeder thinks he is breed potential, they should have no problems allowing him to stud one of their unrelated females.
If you cannot get a 5 gen pedigree for him and find out the history of his ancestors, etc. it might be wise to have him neutered and enjoy him as a wonderful pet..
