When puppies move in the womb it will be just a small kick or you might feel a lump when the head or body moves. When a female starts having contraction her whole belly will get rock hard during a contraction then it will relax. Early contractions are sometimes hard to spot but usually the female will be laying still then she might just shift her position during the contraction. As the contractions get harder and closer most females will want to get up and go pee and poop more often because of the pressure from the puppies. Some females will strain/push standing up and others will just lay down to push. Most females will start heavy panting once the labor has started. Most females start digging a lot too once they are in labor. The really hard contractions usually last 30 minutes to an hour before the puppy is pass. It really depends on the size of the female and the size of the pups. Some females will cry out when they pass a puppy and some will push the puppy out very quietly.
Good luck with your whelping. I pray all goes well.
