 Joy Yard - Puppy Mill
I spoke to someone at the local health dept and was told she had almost 100 dogs and those were the ones on the outside, no one knows how many are in the house. The Monmouth County SPCA should definitely go back and demand to see the animals now that there is a cease & desist. Why any officials would protect this woman is beyond me - animals are suffering for sure in this heat and humidity! |
